Explained issue and solution completely. Mouse problem has gone away. Will check if the problem exists this winter. In addition the company will come back once more if problem still exists for free. That makes the customer feel safe.

The bad... Sales person was extremely cooperative until we signed the contract. He came in trying to add extra costs to the project which I refused. The technician although very experienced, did an alright job however he also tried to get another $700 from me which I refused. Lastly after been guaranteed that any extra closed boxes of hardwood could be returned, I got that standard speel about 30 days return policy from date of sale, the tech should have brought it back, etc.... Reluctantly they gave me back my money. Note: they markup the corner round and transition strips considerably. Conclusion, find a better company.

When we visit the job site for measurement as a responsible company guaranteeing professional work, it is our job to make suggestions to customers in terms of what's best for their floor. Customers have the right to accept or refuse the suggestions. Recommendations are nor forced or neither conditioned for customers to purchase. Once the customer is made aware of all possibilities it is their choice to choose the option or refuse it. In past based on customer feedback, as many customers don't know about flooring, we have developed this opportunity to keep the customer fully informed prior to install so incase if they do plan to change something in near future it will save their cost to do it at the right time and also if any change does happen in the services; we are prepared ahead of time to avoid any delays.
Also 30 days policy of return applies to pick ups only any job that is installed by Guildcraft Floors doesn't have that time line and that is why with out any further delay the returned box was refunded instantly on Customer's credit card. Once again if customer is not okay with the pricing of certain services they can simply say NO.
Further more we are very competitive in our pricing. All charges for additional services are pretty standard as in the market.

We are very pleased with the sunroom. Looks great and the installation was done by experienced workers. Although a small misorder on the roof configuration was done, they were able to retrofix a solution to allow me to install an overhead light. It was a pleasure to hire you guys. John
