The process was top notch beginning with Sabrina and John and ending with Robert the installer. Two gentlemen came the first day to remove the old fence and install the new posts, and the next day Robert the installer completed the job (although someone had to come by later in the week to install the last scallop top). Thank you for the professional and courteous service and making this a headache-free exprerience. Fence looks great!

Had them replace the furnace and air conditioner. Agreed to the terms on the quote which included 5 year parts and labor warranty. After the job is done, the following spring air condioner is malfunctioning and service guy comes to add coolant. Then the next year, same malfunction happens and this service guy is kind enough to tell me that the original installer screwed up with the install. He calls his office and the lady on the other end tells him I am responsible for the repair cost. But I have a 5 year warranty! But on the bill of sale it stipulates that the warranty is in effect ONLY if I pay them for annual maintenance. I call this a bait a switch because no where on the quote did it state that. For a company that has been in business that long, I was extremely disappointed by their tactics, and would never recommend them. I give them 2 stars only because furnace is still working.
