Roy Conner of Conner and Associates was referred to us by the interior designer we hired when we renovated our downtown condominium. He was professional yet he had an easygoing quality about him that immediately put us (and even our cat) at ease. He made us feel comfortable discussing our ideas by not baffling us with technical jargon. As the job progressed he proved to be reliable, conscientious, courteous and an absolute perfectionist. We quickly learned that if Roy is doing a project for us, we could have peace of mind that the work will be done beautifully and in a professional manner. When we moved and purchased another condo, this one an estate sale and an almost complete gut job, we called Roy. If he wasn’t available to do the job, we weren’t going to buy it. With this second project our appreciation for Roy’s work grew. His knowledge is extensive. There wasn't a problem he couldn't solve. In the end we could not have been more pleased. Thank you Roy for doing such a wonderful job on both condominiums and for making each project such a pleasant experience. Would we use Roy again? Absolutely without question!
