We had Moe’s team out to install potlights and seven light fixtures. The team was fantastic. They were knowledgeable, polite and cleaned up afterwards. They really take pride in their work. We highly recommend Quality Potlights.

I purchased the base alarm and a few add-ons. The system was easy to install because of the wonderful customer service that walked me through the setup. The app is great for activating and deactivating the alarm remotely.

I was pleasantly surprised with all aspects of my contact with this company. The sale representative was very informed, pleasant and always got back to me in a timely manner. The installation team was also very pleasant to deal with, they answered all my questions and cleaned up after they left. They even secured my ceiling air vent covers in the basement which the builder neglected to do. Great service

My washer stopped working and I called Sonu on Monday and made an appointment for Tuesday evening. Sonu was very professional and very polite. He was able to determine the problem with my washer in 5 minutes and promptly fixed it. He also adjusted my dryer vent and checked my dishwasher for free as I thought there was a problem with it. If you want quality service call Sonu. Please note - I am the most critical of the service I receive so this reccomendation is very genuine.

Abraham and his assistant arrived on time and were very polite and profession - hard to find with customer service these days. They did an excellent job and finished much earlier than I thought the job would take. Abraham answered all my question and cleaned up after the job was done. I met with Mike for a roof quote for a 13 year old house. Mike was very professional and explained the work to be completed. He discussed and gave me copies of the following: roof quote with details of the work to be completed, an overview of the company, company operating license, BBB review, WSIB certificate, warranty details, and the certificate of insurance. Mike was very polite and answered all my questions. On the day of the job the roofing team came at 7:30 and were done after 1:00. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up after the job was done (this is not a given with some roofing companies) Overall I am very happy with the experience and the work completed.

I contacted Grout Restoration Works to restore my ensuite shower tiles and kitchen and hall floor tiles to their former glory in my 9 year old house. The shower needed re-caulking, and the tiles and grout were stained. The grout of the kitchen and main hallway tiles were beyond dirty. I met with Robert first and he provided me with a very reasonable quote. He was poliet, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Gus and his team arrived the following week to perform the work. They arrived on time, did an excellent job, cleaned up afterwards, and Gus gave me tips on how to keep my tiles in their pristine condition. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to restore their tiles without replacing them.

I contacted Universal Caulking in April 2010 as we had a water leak through the front bay windows after two heavy rain storms in the spring. Robert came on time and assessed the work. He was very meticulous in his work and had a poliet,professional manner. I am glad to say the leaking has stopped! I would reccommend and use this company again.

I had my driveway paved this spring by West Ontario Paving. I found the site manager I was dealing with very rude and unprofessional and I demanded they replace him which they did. At the end of it all; they left footprints in the newly paved driveway and they also did not clean up after themselves....littered my garage and grass with used coffee cups and used cigarettes. If you want customer service do not use this company!
