Window options review with project manager went well including info on qualifying for greener homes grant. Windows installed on time and appear to be great quality and craftsmanship. Did a good job of cleanup and protecting the floors. After windows install they needed to install some curved trim indoor that had to be ordered after install. Said it would be max 3 weeks. That turned into over 2 months with no calls from green fox on this. I needed to call 7 times over weeks asking where trim was, with no call backs and limited info. They insisted to be paid after main window install and definitely saw a drop in Customer care once was paid. Over two months later still dont have trim installed and limited info on where they are and when install will be. The main communication I get from staff is for me to keep calling then asking where it is, which I dont believe should be my responsibility. Main process of window options, install, price, quality and warranty was great. However limited customer care after.
