We had a very large Norway maple in our back garden that unfortunately had reached end of life. John and team gave great advice, walked us through every step of the process including options and local regulations, then did a superb job of the safe removal of a substantial amount of branch, trunk & stump. This is the second time I have been moved to recommend Spring Home, which is a first for me and I think talks to the underlying fundamentals of good customer service that they consistently demonstrate . Rather than relay the play by play of the complex furnace glitches and aligning to changing code standards we went through, my take away is they understand the stress homeowners go through when essential appliances misbehave and have the tenacity and dedication to see it through to a successful conclusion. Which for me is a trait you can't put a price on in these times. Suffice to say thanksgiving weekend was saved and our family is genuinely grateful for that.

House move electical diagnostic and resolution
We moved to the GTA in Aug this year (2015) and had warning through the home inspection that the house may need some electrical work. Langstaff & Sloane came recommended, and I can whole heartedly pass on that recommendation to anyone looking for home electrical work. The team were professional, diagnosed and found solutions to some complicated historical wiring problems, refused to take shortcuts and left everything in perfect working order. The only downside was we had to wait 3-4 weeks for appointments, but I took that as a good sign and wasn't disappointed.
