I was never given terms and conditions. Never informed about the cancellation policy. And just a week ago I got a letter in the mail finally saying that, hey, we would have seen this in our sales agreement and signed it! Guess what, EnerCare? We didn't. We never got the terms and conditions from you in the sales agreement. When we called we were told simply that it will cost nearly $2000 if we want to cancel the agreement and purchase a water heater instead... a price where you can buy FOUR water heaters!!!!! WITH WARRANTY! But often with rentals warranties are non transferable (sometimes are, but often are not) and it costs as much as four of them. And if we pay for your services then after 10 years it would cost around $3500-$4000 which is enough for EIGHT water heaters! Or I can get four of them with a 12-15 year warranty... and possibly enough left over to pay for someone else to service it instead of me. I was never informed that I couldn't just return it. In fact, I was told I COULD before getting the home. Then when calling you I was told "well, its not our fault... they had to inform you...". And yet in the letter it said YOU had informed us. Which, hey, you didn't. I'm going through a complaint process. If I don't get a resolution with that then I'll likely take EnerCare to court and sue them for this. I have the written proof already. And, yes, I am unhappy with the service. I've even written to EnerCare about all of this and got ZERO response to what I wrote to them. Now I'm going to the competition bureau (whom has previously fined EnerCare many millions of dollars for similar practices) and also going to the consumer protection agency of Ontario (whom has also gone after EnerCare and other water heater companies before). It is sad that it had to come to this, but alas...... I never wanted to rent a water heater. And if I knew that it would have been like this then I would have pushed harder to make sure it wasn't like this in my contract!

We purchased all of our appliances from TA Appliances for our new home. Spent quite a bit on nice appliances, and at first before purchasing them they were friendly and seemingly helpful. It wasn't until after that things went down a bit. We ordered our appliances nearly half a year before moving in but for some reason they didn't have our washer and dryer available. That took weeks to even find out when we would get them... after moving in! I kept calling them and they would say "We will call you tomorrow and let you know" "We will rush them and get them to you any day now". Did that happen? No. After a few weeks we got a call saying in a few days we would get it and finally after many promises on when it would happen it did happen. This was due to them being out of stock, but the reason for my disappointment is due to the fact that they had a lot of notice of our move in date. They should have known ahead of time that it wasn't available but that there was an order. They should have prepared weeks ahead. If they didn't then their system must be seriously out of date, or there needs to be procedures that are reviewed. Not only that... but there were easy installations that the delivery people couldn't do but I was never told this. Like for example: hooking up the water line for the fridge. The delivery people are not allowed to do it. I don't blame them, but upon sale I was never told this. I was told which items would need to be installed by an installation specialist, but not that. So I never hired one for it. Of course it ended up being very easy for me so I just plugged it in myself and it works great. For the most part the products are very good but their way of handling the issues as they arise was so-so. They weren't horrible, but they weren't good either. Not a company that goes above and beyond for a customer in my opinion. So they're only so-so.

Amazing job on our kitchens and bathrooms. It was a new build home and our builder worked with Chervins for the kitchens and bathrooms. We were guided through our selections and never felt pressured for any upgrades. We, of course, did do a lot of upgrades but we were already planning for a lot of them. We loved how our kitchens and bathrooms turned out... and we get A LOT of compliments over them! Thank you for the amazing job!

We had a new home built and our builder used Marcella's carpets for all of the flooring. From the moment that we had gone in their sales people were incredibly helpful and accommodating to our needs. They took their time with us and we had never felt rushed at all, and they had even helped us get the best that we could for our home. In the end we had a beautiful product that was one of the most well done parts of our home. We are incredibly impressed with the job done by Marcella's and their level of customer service. When we require more flooring work to be done it is highly likely that we would go with them and, if we know of someone else that needs work, we will definitely recommend the company. They went above and beyond with their work. Thank you! The hardwood was amazingly put in. The tiles were very well done. And, while we were worried about the backsplash selection, we now understood why it was recommended. It fits the space perfectly! We are glad that we listened to your recommendations for the selections based on what we like.

Mike did a great job in his inspection of our home. He came early for an inspection for our 30 day Tarion application. He had come out explaining a few issues with our home and did even went over and above to explain what kind of maintenance we need for each item. He had also pointed out what the builder had done well on. Before we had some misgivings with how our builder had handled the home, but now we have some very positive feelings as well due to what he had explained. Hopefully it all works out in our 30 day report, but we are certainly impressed with how well Mike Heeley did his inspection. Thank you for the very informative report and information. We will definitely recommend you to family members and friends.
