Saadet in Toronto

I was not able to use my newly build custom made closet' middle part, as the previous company made design problems and did not want to fix the problem for me. After reviewing Superior Closets reviews in HomeStars, I contacted them. My e-mail was returned quickly. According to my schedule, Joseph came to talk to me, give me advice how to do the closet that I can use with the available space and despite previous design problems made by another closet company. The closet was completed at the given time frame with an excellent work. Finally I am happy to use my closet's middle part. The most important thing is, I am able to open the closet doors to pick up my clothes. Joseph and his team including Sarah were meticulous, detail oriented, respectful and always ready to answer questions. They provided excellent work and service, I recommend Superior Closets to everyone with any further reservation. It was an amazing experience from my first e-mail up to completion of the work. Bought a new house with a leak problem from the brick wall. After a bad experience with a constructor, we found Daryl in the homestars homepage with good review. Indeed Daryl was excellent. He promised to find the source of the leak, and he found it with a diligent work and repaired it. We were so happy to meet Daryl and work with him for the leak problem of our house. I was recommended to work with Rory for my bathroom renovation by a colleague. The old bathroom, bathtub and toilet were removed and their places were changed in the bathroom to make more space available. All the plumbing, electric, walls, door (old door replaced with a sliding door) were done by Rory. Additionally, Rory helped me with planning, guided me with the products and design. Helped me to choose tiles. Rory was always available to answer questions or pick up material after I chose for the bathroom. Rory is a great planner and great person to work with. He has excellent knowledge for bathroom renovation. I have now the most amazing bathroom thank to Rory. Rory's work ethic is extraordinary. His attention to very small details was meticulous. I will recommend working with Rory to everybody. Thank you so much Rory.

My furnace started not heating on Friday evening. We called Reliance Home Comfort for repair on Saturday morning. Within 2 hours the company came and identified the defect. As we knew that this furnace was very old and needed to be replaced, we decided for new furnace rather than repair. Reliance Home Comfort Sale Person Momo called in few hours and came to discuss our options. We have been given excellent information and explanations and made our decision for model. Momo arranged that installers come and his team members Amir and Adam completed the work with excellent information and explanations. Momo came to check for completeness at the end of the day. I have never seen such an amazing and brilliant work. We were extremely happy to contact Reliance Home Comfort and met with Momo. Thank you so much Momo Saadet and Steve from Toronto

Very bad experience with design and montage. By trying to correct these mistakes, problems got worse. Not able to close doors after hanging my clothes. Despite I asked repairs, I am ignored. My credit card is charged without my approval of the work. Damages generated to newly sanded floors and painted ceilings, no compensation. I do not recommend Fortino Custom Cabinets due to bad experience and battle that I had.
