Yesterday a Saturday, the credit card processing terminal at my restaurant stopped working. I had called my merchant service tech support and they could not give me a solution on the phone and can despatch a technician only on Monday at the earliest. I was desperate and called up a few of my fellow restaurant friends. I was then referred by one of my friend to call Joseph of Fujitech. Joseph understood the urgency and showed up within 2 hours and in no time he found the problem and fixed the Internet and the credit card processing terminal. I was back up and running in no time. I would have got a free service from my credit card processor if I waited till Monday, but the amount of business I would have lost will be substantially higher. It was a good decision to call in Joseph to help fix my problem and it was very well worth the reasonable service charge I had to pay. I will definitely call him again if I have any other IT related issues as he was very confident to service my Point of Sale terminals also.
