I brought in 3 area rugs for cleaning after about 25 years of use. They look new now. The colours are back to the original hues. My thanks to Turco Persian

One year ago I called on Curbz to solve a problem with a weed growth that spread as a netting and couldn't be taken out fully. They suggested removal of the soil and suggested the following in addition to planting and moving some perennials: (directly copied from their written estimate) • dig out approx. 2.5 yards of existing soil to remove root net, disposal • install triplemix • refresh mulch • dig out and install approx. 46lf natural stone garden edging (4" base, 8" rise - of which 3+" will be below grade for stability, inside edge will be lined with landscape cloth as further barrier to weeds crossing over from neighbour's lawn) Curbz did all the work and I paid in full. Approximately 2-3 weeks later, I had the same weed problem and emailed Jude to ask for suggestions. I never heard back. Not only did they not take responsibility for the work, they encroached on the neighbour's property despite the fact that I pointed out the lot line was where the fences met. A simple visual would have guided them. I'm now dealing with additional costs to have another company correct the lot line error as I don't think that Curbz would see it as an error on their part. The lack of responsiveness and the lack of professionalism is really bad. I can't recommend this company to anyone.

Luxe has been cleaning my house for a few months and have been doing a great job. They're in and out on time (3 hours/2 people), the house is clean, and I don't have a cleaner taking up the whole day. Luxe has been very accommodating when I've requested a specific time (morning or afternoon) when we have guests for dinner. The crew is very fast and thorough.

Lampert did an excellent job installing 4 toilets and a shower head. We had other contractors working at the same time and their serviceman did his job without any issues. He couldn't remove the old toilets the same day as others had taken the space in the driveway - so he put them neatly outside and came back, as promised, the next day to clear them away. I appreciated the clean work and sense of responsibility to the customer - me!
