This is the 3rd year signing-up with Hometurf. I always appreciate the call ahead of time so I know when I can expect lawn service. There have been times when it rained the same day or next day after 'weed-control' was completed. Whenever I have asked for a re-spray they always come out.

We have had Hometurf for the past couple of years. I noticed the difference in our lawn (with the weeds) since we have had them coming out to our property. If there is ever a day when they have come out to spray for weeds and it ends up raining the same day they come back out the next day. I also like the fact that they call in advance to advise when they are coming to I unlock our gate for them.

We had the Triple Safe Sump Pump system installed in our home approximately 2.5 years ago. It was serviced two years in a row by Fitz who is very knowledgeable and continuously shows/teaches me things about the system. Due to the severe weather we had last night I was extremely worried about flooding. Luckily we have the battery back-up which was continuously running for approximately 7 hours. I was not sure how long it would last so I called Clarke Basement Systems and was told someone would call me back. Within 3 hours Fitz called and advised me it would work for 20 hours. I felt very relieved and we had no flooding! Thank you soo much for your help!

Last summer I called Cain Pest Control to remove a wasp's nest. I was soo pleased with the work done by Carlo and Team that I called them back once again to remove some Carpenter Bees. While Carlo was at our property I also had him spray around the entire house for potato bugs. I like the fact that once you call Cain Pest Control they come out to your house the same day or early the next day. The prices are reasonable and Carlo took the time to explain how the spray works and how long it would last. I would recommend this company to anyone who has any insect problems!

We had our annual sump-pump maintenance visit from Clarke Basement Systems (Fitz Wicks). He came out to my house earlier than I expected and was professional at all times. I stayed with him during the maintenance process and he took the time to answer all of my questions and ensured that I understood how the sump-pump system worked. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

As I write this feedback. I feel sense of safety since Clarke Basement Systems changed my faulty sump-pump and installed ice-guard lines in order to prevent freezing throughout the winter months. I could not be more happier with the work from the entire team (Rob, Noel, Fiona and Claude). I appreciate the time everyone took to listen to our problems and recommended a solution in an emergency situation! The entire staff was very knowledgeable and did a great job at my house! I would recommend this company to anyone who has issues with basement flooding or requires a new sump pump.

From start to finish Gabriel was courteous and professional. Both Gabriel and Andrea came out to our house to provide us with a cost estimate and advised us on the types of window coverings that would best suit our house. Throughout the waiting process for the window coverings Gabriel consistently contacted me to let me know the status on the shades. I would highly recommend Excel Shades to any of my friends or family members looking for window coverings.
