We got our Furnace & Air Conditioner installed by Roop & his helper. Roop was very knowledgeable and very polite. He took time to explain to us about both units. I noticed both men were very careful when they went in and out of the house. They put pieces of work rags down so they didn't dirty our floor and also when bringing stuff inside our home, they made sure nothing touched our walls. We are very happy with the installation.
