Warranty not worth the paper it is printed on
Do not buy windows from this company. Despite having a warranty and detailed product numbers this company is not replacing my windows which have broken seals (unsightly vapour in the glass). They claim to not have the information required to process the request despite the info being sent to them by the distributor we purchased through. I also have copies of the original quotes and the original warranty. After over a month I have made zero progress getting replacement glass. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.
