When I saw a friend's stone te3rrace in the Beach, I was really impressed and thought about getting one made for myself. I did look into the cost of wood decks and discovered that they were outrageously priced. When I looked into the cost of a stone terrace, I was surprised as they are well inline with wood decks. Now, working with John was a pleasure. He was always professional, punctual and positive and made sure that our ideas were realized e.g., a custom made iron gate that is wonderful. Our terrace is built on 2 levels and covers what was a weed infested area of about 500 square feet. We rarely ever used the space prior to getting the terrace. Now, it is a lovely area to have my morning coffee and an evening beverage. I would recommend installing stone over wood. John is a very creative thinker so I am confident that he can turn your ideas into reality.

Peter is fair, honest and hard working. My only issue was with the painting of the baseboards which I needed to touch up myself. Also, it would have been nice if the guys who cut and installed the hardwood on the second floor used some kind of tarp to cover and protect the walls. Peter was always available to answer questions and pleasant to deal with. When I had concerns, he addressed them immediately. Yes, I would recommend using the good services of his company!
