Have dealt with this company for 10 years and very satisfied until past weekend where salesman Tyler, treated us rudely and completely non helpful when we asked for advice on closing our hot tub that we had purchased from your company and that you have serviced over the years, as well as all the supplies we have purchased over the years. Went to your competitor, mermaid who was very respectful and helpful, Tyler is clearly not an asset to your company
