We recently had a new AC & Furnace installed by Convertible. Many great things to say! 1) They were literally 50% cheaper than another larger Hamilton-area company. When you have an unexpected furnace failure, the last thing you want is a massive bill – knowing the cost was so reasonable made us feel so much better. 2) Mike came out to our house on a Sunday morning to have a look and provide us a costing which was very much appreciated. 3) On the day of installation, the team was fantastic. They came in, kept to themselves, did what they needed to do & got the job done. The balancing they did gave us 10 times better Airflow! I found out that the two guys who came in have been working together since 1991! 4) They also had to quote on-site for some minor duct repair and I was pleased that they charged such a low amount – I didn’t feel like I was being gouged on the spot. 5) I was also very impressed with how they kept everything tidy and removed every last piece of the old units/piping/garbage/packaging – they even swept the floor! 6) Lastly, a job that had been pre-quoted actually came in to be less, so they will be crediting me back a few dollars. I would highly recommend this company based on the excellent service we had from start to finish. Truly Impressed!!!
