Recently our washer broke down and with it being 11 years old we decided against putting more money into it's repair and we started looking at a new Washer and Dryer set. I spent a fair bit of time searching to see who had the best prices, amount in-stock and selection and very early on in my search found myself comparing all the different website back to Canadian Appliance Source (CAS). From there I connected with Muzamel via CAS' online chat program and he was able to very quickly help me narrow down my search to two different Washer/Dryer sets and after a bit more research it was clear that CAS had the best prices around in town. They were also willing to negotiate on things like removal of my old set, next day delivery at regular delivery price and the extended warranty. From purchasing perspective I give them a 5/5 and it was extremely pleasant dealing with the same person from start to finish was extremely helpful. Everything was delivered and installed in an efficient professional manner. The only reason I will not give CAS a 5/5 overall on this review is because our Dryer unfortunately arrived dead on arrival even though it was new out of the box. We are currently in the process of dealing with SAMSUNG to fix the dryer and my wife and were disappointed that CAS would not accommodate/offer to replaced the dryer with another one and deal with SAMSUNG themselves regarding our defective new dryer. SAMSUNG was prompt in sending someone out to us but when I spoke with Muzamel he told me that CAS expected us to go through SAMSUNG to get the NEW dryer working as year 1 is a Manufacturer's warranty. Both my wife and I feel we should have been offered a replacement dryer at no charged considering the dryer we got was dead right of out the box. So definitely by from CAS because there selection and prices are great but they are like any other merchant out there in that bend the rules to sell you a product but then are sticklers for the technicalities once a purchase has been made. We hope to have the dryer working soon and are very much looking forward to doing laundry in our new SAMSUNG set.

We were referred to Andy and his crew by our real estate Agent who's exact words were, "Andy's passion is outdoor work!" He was so right!. Andy and his crew delivered the project on budget, on time and best of all once they started the project is was their only focus till it was done. Andy is reliable, easy to get into contact with and will deliver exactly on what he promises. He transformed the landscape of our Front and Back Yard into a little oasis in the city now. We are recommending him and his crew to everyone know and we hope to work with them again on future projects once we have the necessary funds. Andy and his crew have been the best contractors we have ever worked with and we cannot say enough about them.

We contacted Yitzie a couple weeks back for Eaves cleaning and it was obvious this is there busy time but true to his word the Job was done in the estimated time frame and was done for a competitive price given that I sought 4 additional quotes. You can bet that we will be hiring them again in the future for sure. Highly recommend them versus trying to do it yourself.

During the first fall season of us being in our new home we had a Brick come loose from the center of our brick archway. My neighbor had provided us with Chris' contact and he was very reasonably priced for the repair work he completed as well the work was done exactly as he outlined. His customer service was exemplary and assuming he's still in the business there will be more future projects coming his way. -Andrew W
