Had new windows installed and the blind system, which we purchased about 10 years ago, I thought could not be re-installed. Called up Riviera Drapery Window Fashions and spoke to Maria. She put us in touch with Pio who came out and looked. He figured it out, told us that the blinds would now fall a little shorter and if we wanted, he would re-install. We said go ahead and he re-installed all the blinds in about 10 minutes with a smile. He could have told us that we needed new blinds but did not. Would definitely recommend and purchase from them again.

The name in the title "Choice" is exactly correct. Right from the first phone call to Carol to the end result of the window installers Amnon and Isacc. The installation was done professionally with consideration in keeping their work space free and clear at all times. Timelines where exactly as stated with no hidden cost or delays. Work completed on time and done with a dedication. With the new windows installed, we can finally start seeing cost saving on heat and hear less outdoor noise from the outside. Thank you to Alan for working with us on pricing, selection and final follow up the work performed. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again.

Sam and his team were professional from sales call to end of installation. The team worked together, were very careful and considerate, and always kept us in the loop as to what was going on. The training was clear and before they left, Nick made sure we were comfortable, understood all and then made sure they removed all packaging and debris from the work area. Sam in turn followed up the next day to ensure all was handled to our expectation. This is my second dealings with Sam and SafeTech and if needed again, would not hesitate to make it a third.
