Boiler/furnace installation and maintenance
When we had emergency during big Toronto freeze and our heat went down in our 4-plex they said they could not help us because they do not fix radiators, despite the fact that the boiler was bought from them and paid annually for maintenance agreement. Had to contact another company in emergency who discovered the problem was with the boiler. Called Laird & Son to fix, but they said the could no longer service it because another company had touched boiler and they could not be responsible for any damage by other company! Unprofessional on phone (rude). Lastly, did not honor warranty on boiler purchased from them. Claimed company relocated to states. Treatment we received was almost criminal and ended up costing $$$.

This review has gone under investigation because of the false pretense. We would never not honour a warranty situation and in reading our other outstanding reviews, we feel our customers know that this is something that would not happen at our office.
