We chose Olympic because of their rating on Home Stars and the BBB, and were not disappointed. The whole job was completed in one day, and documented with pictures (for the warranty). David was very helpful in answering our questions. The only improvement needed would be more timely replies to phone/email queries. Overall, we're very satisfied.

My grandparents' antique grandfather clock, and secretary desk needed repair, including to the lamination and glass. Eurocraft did a great job with that. Gregory also suggested converting the clock to digital. He delivered the clock part to the Clock Factory, picked it up, and made sure it worked properly. When it didn't he took it back again. By that time the rest of the clock was back home, so Gregory personally picked up the digital clock attached to the clock face again , delivered it to me, and installed it into clock cabinetry. Way above and beyond! I am very grateful to have this family treasure restored, and working without all the bonging, which would have driven me crazy. I highly recommend Eurocraft!

Chris actually answered his phone. Other companies did not even respond to voice messages. He kept up communication, and came and did the job promptly and well. A big thumbs up!

Wayne and Frank did a very professional job rerouting a downspout into my garden. They were very polite and friendly, and went out of their way to match up the eavestrough colour to my fence (literally - they went back to the storage facility to get it). They definitely made it look the best possible under the circumstances, and I am happy with the work. Definitly recommended.
