Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. Paul and johnny came and completed the duct cleaning and sanitation to my satisfaction except Paul forgot to close one hole in the heat ex changer arm. I closed the hole myself after noticing the hole at 6:30 PM. In my view, he should have checked it before leaving the place

Paul actually neglected to insert a plug? So rare that he errs. Thanks for heads up. I personally would have offered perhaps a 9-star review. 7-star appears to be a bit harsh. But it is what it is. Thank you for your submission.
