I had a squirrel problem in my attic. Another company "that shall remain unnamed" came in and told me I actually had a RAT problem and the rats were eating squirrels in my attic. Scared the he** out of my wife and traumatized us, then gave us an estimate of $10k. I decided to shop around and read that SWAT was honest AND THEY WERE. Jonny and Eden came to our house within 2 hours of my call. Did a full walk around and assessment and took pictures and explained exactly what the problem was. They fixed my problem and cleaned up the mess in the attic and installed one-way doors and sealed all the problem areas. They were done in an hour and charged me a very very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company and its honest way of doing business.
