This is an unsolicited review, which I hope will help anyone who appreciates outstanding customer service. All windows and doors in our Tudor Style Home were replaced with Vinyltek products. The problems we experienced were faults with the installation company. Following a call to Vinyltex, a service technician rectified everything and thoroughly inspected all windows and doors. If I could give more stars I would, as peace of mind means a lot. Special thanks to Management and Staff at Vinyltek.

If Squirrel move into your house, may I suggest you immediately contact Summit Wildlife Solutions and not waste time or money with Pest Control terminators. Last August, squirrel got inside the siding of my home. As I was anxious to address the problem immediately, I contacted a Pest Control Company in the Surrey area. The method used by this Pest Control "terminator" was costly and only made matters worse. Fortunately, I did further research and quickly realized the services of a WILDLIFE specialist was necessary. Don't be fooled by 'Pest Control' misinformation as only a Wildlife specialist has the training and know-how to get rid of squirrel, raccoons, skunks, bats, birds. If I could give Summit Wildlife Solutions Owner, Dan McDonald, more stars I would. Dan uses Humane, Hands-on Removal methods. He specializes in Pesticide-Fee solutions, uses only top quality materials and immediately gave me peace of mind. Dan is a true professional, courteous and pleasant to have around. His work is guaranteed, with a detailed invoice. As I made the mistake of first contacting Pest Control, I felt a need to let others know what to do should unwelcome wildlife get into your home.

Very many thanks to 505 JUNK Team for a job well done. This company certainly deserve the outstanding reviews they receive. It was a project I was dreading, but thanks to all concerned my needs were met and I was very pleasantly surprised. Following my initial enquiry, when I was warmly greeted by Maria Cruz, Alex made a house call to check what needed to be done and provide an estimate. I was given the date of my choice, with follow-up from Scott Foran and Customer Service. On the scheduled date, I received telephone calls, confirming the time and given names of the gentlemen assigned to the project. Miguel and AAron were two of the most polite young men we have ever met. Not only were they helpful, hard-working and kind, but nothing was too much trouble, despite the many heavy items, covered in dust, having been untouched for years. My friend and business manager, who assisted, agreed these two young men deserve an award for their work ethics and courtesy. Never once, during the hours they were at my home did they take a break. With pleasure, I unreservedly recommend 505 JUNK. Their rates are reasonable for superb service. Special thanks to Miguel and AAron for being so exceptionally helpful. We look forward to having them back to complete the project.

Earlier this year (February, 2016), Knights Insulation did what was necessary to make sure our attic was well insulated and everything was as it should be. We could not have been more pleased and unreservedly recommend this Owner-operated family run business. We were again reminded of how terrific Knights Insulation really is when a squirrel somehow got into our attic and disrupted things. Knights Insulation were only a phone-call away to check the attic and give us peace of mind, once Summit Wildlife had got rid of the squirrel. Words of advice, hire Knights Insulation if you need the best insulation and peace of mind as they will follow-up if there are concerns. Also, avoid Pest Control companies to get rid of squirrel, immediately contact Summit Wildlife and you will not be disappointed.

ADANAC replaced the roof and gutters on our Tudor-Style home last October at which time I submitted a favourable review. Now several months later, I felt a need to again highlight why ADANAC surpasses most others in the business. Since then, various trades-people have been to our home and none come close to delivering a service on a par with what we received from ADANAC. Dan Marr (Owner/President) and Cody Marr (Owner/Project Manager) are simply the Best in the West as they are never too busy to respond to phone calls, or address any concerns a customer might have, even when it turns out to be unrelated to the work they did. It is not at all surprising that ADANAC employees refer to their boss (Dan Marr) as the “godfather” and Cody Marr as a best friend. When a screw became undone on a downpipe, it was mended within hours of my phone call, same with another concern. Thank you Dan, Thank you Cody, Russell, Matt and Dan T (Dream Team)! You sure deserve top notch ratings!

As my South Surrey home is older, insulation upgrade was recommended and I am very pleased to recommend Knight's Insulation, who did an excellent job. This family run business is highly efficient, friendly, punctual and trustworthy. The inspection was carried out by Jake and Nathan and Jeremy and Steve did the necessary insulation. The entire team, including the office staff (Anny and James) were most helpful, polite and considerate and I would give them more stars if I could. Thank you to all for making my home cozier!

In 2015, DC Roofing was one of four roofing companies invited to tender for a replacement roof on our South Surrey home. While the contract was not awarded to DC Roofing, they would unquestionably be the company of choice if circumstances were different and we decided to remain with cedar shakes. Dale Chomechko (President) was the only roofer to take the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and make recommendations based on our needs, not on getting business for his company. Once we decided on another roofing company, who was able to commence work sooner, I dropped a note to all companies who kindly submitted quotations and here again Dale Chomechko stood out as he took the time to reply and wish us well. In summary, if you are looking for a trustworthy roofing company, who considers customers needs above all else, I unreservedly recommend DC Roofing and know the cedar shakes used by this company are superior to cedar shakes used by some other contractors in the roofing business. DC Roofers’ logo is something along the lines of 'We're Roofers and We're Good At It' and, if I may, I would like to add they also have integrity. Many thanks!
