Jim and his team did an amazing job. They were fast and efficient at providing a comprehensive and competitive quote, they started work when they said they would (actually a bit earlier), the whole team was courteous and professional and respectful of the neighbours, and the work was top notch. The colour match on the mortar was almost perfect (which is one of the hardest things to do with tuck pointing), and Jim addressed any concerns I had immediately and without question. And lastly they left the job site clean and tidy and the end of each day. They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.
