We installed the Pool in the summer of 2017, we have issues from the 1st beginning, and Hayward techs found that it was due to poor installation of the Hayward Omnilogic, by missing installation of one sensor. We had to call every year for several repairs. Now we have to change a major part that got damaged due to poor installation, and was in warranty, but since they didn't report it on time, it is out of warranty. OUr pool light stoped working due to wanted leak(again poor installation). Their customer service don't reply to messages. They also installed roof for our pergola, that was broken on the 1st week of use, and they promise to fix it for the past 3 years, without success.
