All positive! Installation happened within a few days of booking. Head installer (Mike) was confident and competent in what he was doing and in walking me through decisions that we had to make about installation and electrical work. The team that did the installation (Mike, Doreen, Eduard, and Mark) worked really well together over the two days of installation inside and outside of our house. They took care to do the installation without damaging anything inside or outside by protecting the floors, walls, etc. - which I really appreciated since we recently had new carpeting and painting. Office staff Jamee and Angie were always available to help me with questions about scheduling and billing. They are really lovely representatives for the McKinnon company. All in all it has been a 10+ experience with McKinnon so far. I'm writing within in two days of our new heat pumps. We're immediately enjoying the benefits of the new system. If we run into any technical problems (hopefully not) that may arise in the next few weeks as we experiment with our new system I trust that McKinnon will be available to follow up with anything that might arise.
