Terrible service!!! It took them 4 hours to change my water tank, they damaged my carpet, terrible customer service and very expensive service. I do not recommend them. Try another company.

Customer service is very important to us. We quickly attend to any customer service issues and do our best to resolve them to our customers satisfaction. We have looked into our records and could not find a Roberto from Burnaby with any HWT or carpet issues. However, if you can contact our office we can address this quickly and do our best to keep you satisfied.
