Had hot water issues with bauxi unit, reliance replaced the unit with the flow 120. The installers N. ALBRIGHT AND N. RADBOURNE was promt and very professional in their job. They were very informative and patient with all questions that I asked them. It took a few hours to do the replacement but at the end of the job, I was impressed in the way that they cleaned up the area as if they were never there.

Rupert and brown arrived in a timely manner and they were both professional in the way they conducted themselves. Were very through in everything they did. But the most important aspect that I was impress with was the fact that they cleaned up after themselves. I definitely recommend Twelve Points air duct cleaning to all.
