A bad experience is going on. We moved in more than 3 months ago and there are a lot of deficiencies which have not been fixed and reported 2.5 months ago. 1. Paint. It was promised was going to be fixed week after possession. My house is still full of green tape 2. Finishes. Awful 3. Electrical. Receptacles are not flush, panel was not marked correctly. We paid for a sound rough-in that is not marked and the pipe to TV is clogged (electrical fish tape does not go through) 4. One of the heating pipes was not connected to the main. Ups…it was fixed after 3 weeks. 5. I got a walk up basement and stairs were installed after 2 months and I got an small accident. More to come
