I had a crane toilet which, I am told, have a history of cracking and leaking suddenly and was told if not replaced, I would be responsible for units below me for any water damage. Also the toilet in my half-bath was not shutting down after flushing and I could not fix it myself. Also one other small job they did at the same time for me. Coryell was the gentleman who came to my place. He was very efficient. He took care not to damage my property and make a mess. Any water that did leak, he cleaned up after. I usually end up cleaning for an hour after service men leave my place but not today. That5 is important as I am no spring chicken anymore and it is painful to get down on my knees to clean. I think that what might have impressed me the most was that after he had made all the repairs, he walked thru and made sure each one was problem free before he left. I am glad he did too because the supply line provided by the manufacturer of the toilet had a leak and Coryell saw that and replaced it with another one he had in his truck. Not sure how important this is to some but he was also extremely pleasant to talk to and just a nice guy. The staff at Harmcor were also very pleasant to talk to when I booked the appointment.
