Although we would prefer not to rent a water heater, we have a contract and our hot water recently kicked out. Sam from Reliance was prompt, communicative and very courteous. He took time to show us the problem and even took time to show us how to check for certain issues ourselves in the future so that we could problem solve ourselves. He was excellent and we were very impressed.

Tony arrived promptly and was very courteous. He was fast and efficient and knowledgable. He was a good communicator and the company itself dispatched him very quickly to take care of the problem in less than 24hrs. The price was on point and we are very happy and would definitely recommend them.
