Tom was thorough and provided insights and education in improvements that could be made to extend the life of the house. This is the second time that we have had Tom help us with a home inspection and we’re really glad we did. We have a thorough report documenting things we can improve. He was also very responsive to follow-up questions. The thermal scan was great at the last inspection - and provided comfort with the insulation. Great value!

Nanette and her contacts - Melena (Hunter Hill Painting & Design) and Masoud (Atlas Build) did a phenomenal job on our place. We wished that we asked the builder to do nothing inside and ask Masoud and Melena to do all the work because their attention to detail and their finish is excellent. We were very impressed with their workmanship. They were also very respectful especially when we moved in and the work was still being completed, keeping the place tidy and livable for us. A special thank you to Masoud for his keen eye in getting the most usable space out of our furnace room. Nanette has a great eye for design and had amazing vision for our place. From the paint selection, furniture selection, art placement and custom closets with Kaylie (Custom Closet Organizers)...we were very happy with the design project. Everything just came together perfectly and we cannot imagine it any other way. We have already recommended Nanette to our friends just because they saw our place and asked! Tom was extremely professional. He was right on time and very thoroughly went through our home. He took the time to explain what he was doing at each stage and the items of note were insightful and he definitely noticed things we would not have identified ourselves. Very happy with the report which arrived as promised that same day! The thermal camera is genius :)
