Good selection, good prices and very good support from the sales staff. However, their delivery/installation service is totally unprofessional, incompetent, amateurish and so any savings are wasted. Pick up the items yourself if you have the capacity but save yourself the aggravation and shop elsewhere. A damaged washer was delivered and rejected. 12 days later a new washer came with no pedestal so no installation I was promised next day delivery by a manager but no delivery and promises made were denied. I now wait for the next delivery 8 days from now. This company should not be in business. Can you believe they wont be back in the North York area of Toronto for another 8 days? Ridiculous.
