Gary Moskalyk from the Ottawa store was extremely helpful, courteous, clear and knowledgeable. As there are only a few of these GE Monogram models available we already ran into issues with ordering in Alberta, paying for it then being told after our expected delivery date that its not available. Because we had already purchased it and had a delivery date,our cabinet people cut the hole to fit this particular model. Gary was super helpful in getting it confirmed and getting delivery to us asap. Great, great customer service!! Thanks so much Gary!
