This is my second visit with Quality Appliance Repair and another great job (Repaired a previous freezer frost build up issue). The control switches on my dishwasher stopped working. Trent was able to order and swap out the part very quickly. I call and spoke to Trent about my freezer building up ice on the bottom. I was constantly breaking it up with a hammer and collecting it to dump into a sink since new. This was supposed to be a frost free freezer. Trent knew exactly what was wrong and came to my house on a Saturday (no extra charge). The repair was done in a matter of minutes and it was like he was never there and the problem just went away. Trent seemed professional and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and was courteous. I would recommend Quality Appliance Repair to anyone looking for appliance repair.

Very impressed with this installation. Jason was excellent in communicating and recommending & sourcing the product I wanted installed. His crew was courteous and professional and completed the job in two days (What would have taken me a week - no thanks). I will be calling him back to complete more landscaping next spring.

Normally I'm too busy to take the time to do a review. But exceptional service is due here When looking for a gas fitting company to install a garage heater in a detached garage, I did what most of you are doing right now. Looked for reviews online, talked to friends etc. That's when I came across Protech Gasfitting. I emailed Rick and he replied with Estimate, FAQ's sheet, Links to the product he was going to install (Modine Hot Dawg). I like this guy already!! Comparable quotes came in much higher. No upfront fee and the installers that came were pros. They arranged the city inspection and it was approved in minutes. These guys must have a good reputation with The City of Calgary inspectors. Afterwards I was emailed an invoice after the fact. Called in and paid with CC. Ten minutes later I was emailed the city inspection report for my records. What's not to like about that kind of service

Scott was part of a joint install with Shift Air Mechanical Ltd. To install my A/C. Scott Installed the Condensing Coil in the Furnace and did an impressive and neat job. The most common reason A/C unit fail is poor installation. He is extremely knowledgeable of HVAC systems and different controls. He answered all my questions and Informed me of do's and dont's of A/C systems. He's is very professional and even knew to advise me of smoke alarms being triggered and calling the Alarm Company while he was soldering the copper tubing beforehand.

I accepted Brent's bid for my Air Conditioning install because he was knowledgeable about the equipment and city regulations. His workmanship is very tidy. I did a lot of research online in regards to product and why so many A/C units fail. Ultimately it's the result of a poor quality install, so qaulity of install was my priority. His price was reasonable and he didn't try to up sell me a unit.
