Mark fixed a water stained cabinet door. It was a single door that was an eyesore and Mark matched the colour to perfection. You cannot tell a difference between the damaged door and the rest of the door. Mark is a real craftsman and lovely to chat with. He gave me a tour of his workshop and showed me all his wonderful cabinetry refinishing. A true gem, honing his craft since the mid 1970s. If you have a cabinet that needs reworking go to Mark !

Dinko responded to my inquiry right away, and unlike other companies provided a clear and reasonable estimate including storage of our belongings for one night and delivery the next day. Coady did an excellent job in a project which involved complete exterior painting of a house, including good quality parging the exterior of the house so it matched the surrounding stucco. Coady also diligently painting the door a beautiful red until it was fully coated, and staining the deck a beautiful cedar colour. Coady looks out for the fine details and clearly cares for his customers. High quality job, which was a big one to complete. Highly recommended.

Main Drain was blocked and flooding in basement. Called 2 or 3 companies who advertised 24/7 services only Waterman responded right away on a Sunday morning during the July 1 weekend. Jim came on site, knowledgeable and reassuring, fixed the problem within 15 minutes and gave his expert opinion of the cause - dirt in the drain from a landscaping job. Excellent services. I would use Jim again in a heartbeat if I have a problem again.

We needed to hire an architect to apply for a building permit to remove a few walls some of which were load bearing, and install a new patio door. We also needed the architect to design a layout for a new kitchen/powder room we want to construct. Our access to the house was limited when we hired Rocco as this all happened prior to closing. I called a few people including Rocco in April. He stood out above everyone else. Rocco called me back the same day and indicated it was no problem to attend at the house during the one access visit we managed to schedule. This was a huge relief. Rocco also verified immediately that there were historical drawings of the house with City Hall - that turned out to be invaluable. He was able to get these quickly after we provided consent from the vendors. When he visited the house, he measured the place and looked around thorougly. Ultimately, he came up with innovative ideas for the kitchen layout and ensured the requisite stamp on our application for the building permit. His fee was reasonable, his service is excellent/efficient, and we received a building permit within a matter of weeks literally. To the customers reading this review, you do not need to look further, Rocco is the person you want.
