Early days but roof looks excellent and has drawn complimentary comments. The costs, while obviously higher than for shingles, were not out of line for a metal roof. Crew was polite, quiet, tidy and efficient. Process otherwise somewhat less pleasing. Salesman tried too hard rather than letting the product sell itself; firm was slow to pick up the pallet that held the roofing material (after completion), and we had to ask about getting the Warranty material after receiving nothing for two months. In short, looks to be a good roof -- indeed, we worried about undersized eavestrough, but drainage is much better than with a shingle - no more "waterfalls". The firm, in short, has a good product but needs to work on the more ancillary issues.
