We own a house with green eavestrough. It would not have been my first choice but the people who sold us the house seemed to like it. One afternoon playing soccer with my son in the backyard, he crushed a downpipe by accident. Since it seems we live in the rain capital of the world, I knew I needed to fix it sooner than later. The first company I called never called me back, the second company made an appointment but never showed up. The third company called me back and even showed up when they said they would but when I asked them to replace the broken downpipe with the same color they said that they couldn’t because they don’t make that color anymore. He said I could have one of four colors…that’s it. For some reason I didn’t fully believe them and tried my luck one more time. I phoned Pierce at Tip Top Trough and asked him to come provide me a quote. He came on the weekend and to my surprise said that not only do they still make that color, he showed the other 23 colors I could pick from (Pierce offers 3 different shades of white!). Needless to say we hired them and when we are ready to replace the nasty green eavestrough with something else I know who I am going to call.
