I invited Milani to clear my Kitchen sink drain which was clogged.It wasn't the trap which I had already checked. In clearing this chocked pipe the guy used unprofessional ways to withdraw the tool and broke my pipe. I had to call them again as water started leaking from my foundation behind.Explained this to both the guy who came and their manager Steve but they wouldn't understand me and are adamant to charge the second attendance as well.Highly unprofessional company. Wouldn't recommend this company to be used unless you have no other choice. Invoice Number is 937323.

Milani has been able to sustain a successful business for over 60 years by maintaining a high level of integrity and uncompromising customer service. We find this review unfair and misrepresenting as for records indicate:
- Customer calls and states "I (customer) have opened the trap and tried to clear it but it is still clogged"
- Milani technician cleared line with standard snake which does not require a "tool" to insert or "withdraw" from the drain line.
- Milani technician explains to the customer how inserting a snake into the line could not crack the pipe and also recommends replacing the line under the cabinets as they were old and needed replacing.
- The customer agreed to all of the work and upon completion, refused to pay.We attempted to contact the customer on several occasions to discuss a fair solution, however, our calls and voice messages went unanswered. Should the customer be willing to contact us, we are more than happy to cooperate in coming to a fair and amicable solution.
