In early August 2015 we decided to sell our house and listed it with an agent. On the recommendation of a friend we called CERC Oil Tank Removal. Fabio came to the house within an hour and upon receiving a written estimate by email within a couple of hours we hired him to do the work. The tank was located under a deck and was covered in concrete. They managed to dig it out by hand since machines could not easily get access. In spite of the tight time restraints imposed by a scheduled open house, the work was done quickly without disruption. Soil testing was completed, submitted to the City, and Inspection was obtained without delay. The site was promptly restored. Fabio kept us closely informed by email and was a pleasure to work with.
