The work was very well executed from the demo forward. Very willing to give advice on design. Very willing to make sure I was happy with the final work. You don't pay in full until you are happy. I like that.
Prompt. Professional. Exceptional work. The work from quote to next day completion of the job was very well executed. The cost of the project was slightly more than the city hired plumbing company but because they do the work with such care I did not need to do between 1000$ and 3000$ more restoration work after the job was complete. A huge savings. 40 year warranty as compared with the 4 year comparison to the city hired company. This is the 3rd time I've hired Drainworks and would hire them first again!
