My experience with Aya Kitchens has been a nightmare. Nothing went smoothly. The designer, Amy [last name removed--Ed], although sweet and patient, would not always answer my questions in a thorough way (I had to email her at least 5 times to get a full checklist of what I could or could not buy for my sink!!), showed no creativity (design entirely mine, I wonder why she is called a designer), and was very prompt to drop my case when delivery was on its way. The person in charge of delivery and installation, Barbara [last name removed--Ed] would not respond to emails before 3 or 4 days in the best cases (I had to call the manager), and when she did, she was not clear, or provided with wrong information. I had no checklist of what should be prepared, which was the source of constant emailing, loss of time and lots of stress. On the day of installation, the guy showed up at 7.50 am instead of the scheduled 9 am, and he had no idea I lived in a condo. He went on about how small the space was (the designer had come, you would think he would have been informed of that detail), telling me it now looked like a 2 day job. He also came unprepared, and had to leave for over an hour to Home Depot to go buy some things.... Unacceptable. Some cabinets doors were also damaged during delivery, and so was my brand new hardwood floor, despite protection. Do not expect a smooth ride with Aya Kitchens, they never made me feel like they cared about my project, and they proved everything BUT professional along the way.
