I just wanted to comment on the great job Ilse and the crew did on our front and back yard landscaping project. She was very thorough at taking notes when we met and was able to provide the crew with exact instructions as to what needed to be done. She knows her stuff and was great at helping me decide what I needed and added extra tasks not included in the original quote. She was a pleasure to work with! The landscape crew were courteous, friendly and efficient, tackling a massive job in our totally overgrown with weeds back yard that we couldn’t have done on our own. One of the tasks was to cut back a nearly 5 ft hedge next to our patio and the results are amazing, the yard appears twice as large as it used to be. We were also impressed that before they left with the bin, they asked if we would like anything else hauled away from the garage, which was a nice perk as we had a number of things we needed to get rid of. All in all, it was a great experience and I’ll gladly recommend Absolute Home Services for landscaping services to my friends.

On one of the hottest days this summer our air conditioning unit broke down. We made the call to Reliance Home Comfort and were expecting a long wait for a service call, but the technician was here within just a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part (lucky for us he had 1 left on the truck) and had it running within minutes. Thanks Mathew F for the prompt, friendly service, and because we purchased the maintenance plan previously, his words 'No charge' were just as sweet to hear as the sound of the unit starting up again.
