Cleaning In Action (CIA) - did a thorough clean up of our roof gutters and trimmed down sides of the branches that were close to the roofs - house and garage. CIA also cleaned up the debris from the gutter and branches. I am very satisfied with CIA's work and will ask them to come back for future works. We appreciate the work, Rick! Thank you.

Buying a new house is a complicated process. It can take up to two years. However, dealing with Trico's team(s) and associates have made it a pleasant and smooth process. Options and choices can also be overwhelming, but again Trico had excellent professionals in guiding and helping us make sound decisions. Follow up and timely remedial of deficiencies were properly processed to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with Trico and would recommend potential buyers to try them out as well.

We are very impressed and happy with Trico's work at the community of Legacy. We were allowed to be involved in the selection of customized work. We were kept informed with the progress of the construction. Landscaping and fencing were not included; but should have been so that the area would look much professionally done. We love it, though. Thanks to all of Trico's staff and partners for making our home marvelous.
