Hired West York in July of 2014 and agreed they would place base material and return in fall to pave. While placing the base material the crew damage both my fence and stucco. I was told they dropped a large piece of old asphalt and that's what caused the damage. Was not home at the time and was never told about the damage, had to call Remo to ask what happened. Remo assured my the damaged would be repaired within a few weeks. On the day we agreed upon, I took time off work to be there, no one showed up and did not even get a phone call, remo blamed his subcontractors. This happened several more times, finally someone came for the fence post and replaced the wrong post. After several more months someone came again, replaced the post and put it it crooked so that the fence no longer closes properly. I made phone call after phone call to get this fixed and get my driveway paved, with no response. I finally contacted the BBB, within 1 day I got a call back. Then right before Christmas, Joe told me it would have to wait until spring because they we too busy. The only time I would ever hear back from them is when they were contacted by the BBB after one of my complaints. Finally got asphalt down, but had to hold money until they fixed the stucco and fence. Its over a year later and they have still not tried to contact me to fix the damage they did. I finally had to give up and hire someone else. Both Joe and Remo have the worst professionalism I have have encountered. Their lack of customer satisfaction is unbelievable and am surprised a company like this is still in business. Might also have something to do with paying cash with them, I would not advise that anyone hire this company and would encourage those who have experienced the same as myself from these guys to contact the BBB. Judging from some prior reviews there are others and probably plenty more who have not submitted a review on this website. Stay away from this company!!

Sorry Still cannot figure out who this customer is. Have no record of such complaint from any customer. I guess this is how competition finds ways to tarnish our reputation. Leave it to to the customer to really decide.
