First of all, my past moves were almost all nightmare scenarios. The last time I moved three of the four movers were drunk and they actually hid a bunch of our belongings in the basement area under the staris. Everything was so chaotic, we didn't notice until we went back to clean. We had to rent another truck to move those items ourselves. OK, now for the good stuff, actually the great stuff. These three young men were amazing. They were ninja movers. Running up and down the stairs (there were three levels), joking, laughing, and doing everything perfectly. It was like watching a precisely timed performance. There was a ton of stuff to be packed, everything from an entire office, the equipment, filing cabinets, and all the supplies, to housewares, closets full of clothing, bookshelves with a few hundred books, and on and on. They were so pleasant and polite and they worked so hard. In my wildest imagination I couldn't have dreamed up this experience. Also, I am not given to exaggeration--you may think this all sounds too good to be true, but honestly, I feel like Robert, Adam and Mike saved my life. My situation was precarious and they got me moved in the time I said I had to be gone. Also, the person who took my order was polite and understanding. I received an itemized bill. They picked up the clothing boxes exactly as promised. I recommend Viktoria to everyone I know. I will call on them again if and when I move again. Just can't say enough great things about the whole experience!
