A very big thank you to Gary, the Assistant Manager at the Ottawa store for making my shopping experience a positive experience. Yesterday, I ordered a Frigidaire range on the Canadian Appliance Source website. This afternoon, I dropped by the Ottawa showroom to discuss my purchase and learned that the Frigidaire model I ordered was discontinued and replaced by a newer Frigidaire model. After discussing the available options, Gary let me have the newer model at a really great price. Thanks Gary for the excellent service. I look forward to taking delivery of the new Frigidaire range in the next few days.
