Kevin and his crew did a fantastic job with our backyard and front walkway. They laid a stone walkway, built a deck, privacy fence, planted a tree, and dug our garden beds and filled them with triple mix. The crew was professional and completed the job quickly, and within the timeframe promised and on budget – even as we asked for modifications to the original agreed upon. Kevin was always available for questions leading up to the work, during the project, and even once completed. Kevin took the time to understand our concerns, and completed the work to accommodate. For example, we were concerned about skunks finding spots to hide under the new deck – and Kevin closed the whole thing off to ensure that would not be a problem. I highly recommend Kevin and his crew!

Had TROC come to install several ceiling lights and dimmers. Very nice guys, took extra time to ensure lights were flush and straight. Also advised us as to outdoor lights, making suggestions for what would work and what might be trouble. Very willing to work with our schedule, which made things easy. Was our 2nd time using them, very happy.

Very pleased with Shawn. Thorough and patient. Explained his thinking behind what he was seeing. Well informed when we asked questions, and his education background is a major adv. And we never felt rushed. Lastly, he is familiar with the Cornell area in Markham. Meaning he will already know a bit about your house, and perhaps more importantly your builder. Def a recommend.
