I bought an expensive downdraft fan. NOWHERE in the literature did it say that the device could not be used for my purpose. The device was never installed, and was repackaged exactly as it had arrived. And yet..."Unfortunately, your request has been declined as all sales are final. [as a point of accuracy, I added the punctuation, CAS couldn't be bothered.] Home Depot sells the same unit. Home Depot doesn't grab your money and run, the way CAS does. Deal with Home Depot - I sure wish I had. Don't deal with CAS - I most certainly won't, ever again!

Aaron & crew did a great job - fair price, showed up on time, finished in one day, very professional, neat, respectful of the property. Above and beyond service - Aaron came over and caulked a seam in my roof so that we wouldn't have any more leaking before his crew fixed things permanently. Very highly recommended!
