I can say without a shadow of a doubt that I would only use David and his crew to do my windows. Exceptional service, super friendly and professional, very accommodating and the work is flawless. Also, they respected my house, and everything in it. They made my life a lot easier and every time I have used them, the quality is impeccable. It's an absolute pleasure having them here. In this day and age, it's very rare to see this kind of quality, dedication and commitment to the job. And it's done with a smile.

Joey was amazing - reached out to me almost immediately and we setup a time for him to come out to see me. He gave such good advice and told me that I didn't need anything replaced and he could repair the lock. I don't come across that kind of honesty often and it was very appreciated. Any other person would have easily dinged me for $600 for a new lock - but he was so professional and I have a tremendous amount of respect for him and the company. Would absolutely recommend him and the company to anyone!!!

I would 110% recommend Shiners Windows to anyone. David and Omar were outstanding - exceptional personalities, hard workers, very polite, very respectful, and impressive follow-up. Prices are also very reasonable. I've dealt with many different service providers over the years, but no one impressed me more than David and Omar. They did an incredible job on my windows - and they really know their trade. David is a young entrepreneur who truly stands out. His dedication, professionalism, commitment to excellence and incredible customer service is admirable. The technician (Charles Kee)that arrived was very friendly, efficient, very thorough and conscientious. Would definitely request that he be the one that does my service on a regular basis. Very very impressed with his service.
